15 May: Break to Innovate - Contribute your ideas on developing technical talent in the regio

The semiconductor industry – the world behind microchips and microelectronics – is experiencing explosive growth. But there’s one major bottleneck: the shortage of well-trained technicians. That’s why the collaborative programme Beethoven Zuid-Holland was launched, with the goal of training 1,000 additional students and retraining 1,000 professionals for the semiconductor sector by 2030.

Programme
On Thursday 15th of May, during the lunch talk Break to Innovate at MICS, programme manager Joost van der Veen will explain how Beethoven aims to achieve this. He will highlight what the programme can mean for educational institutions, companies, and government bodies in the region; how Beethoven helps meet the talent needs of tech companies in and around MICS; and how schools and universities are getting involved in this ambition.

Are you active in the semiconductor industry and looking for specific talents or expertise? Discover what Beethoven can offer your organisation and share your thoughts on how Beethoven Zuid-Holland can help realise these ambitions.
