MICS celebrates 750 years of Schiedam by participating in the Business Festival on April 12

In 2025, it will be 750 years since Schiedam was granted city rights by Aleida of Holland. From the 18th of March until the end of September 2025, the city will celebrate its rich history with a programme full of activities for and by all Schiedam residents. At the same time, the future of this vibrant and colourful city will take centre stage. At MICS, we are also working towards the future of Schiedam, which is why we are part of the festivities.

Business festival 

On the 12th of April, we will open the doors of the Synergy building at MICS during the Business Festival. Here, we will showcase how MICS fits into the future of Schiedam and how it will take shape step by step in the coming years. You’ll get an impression of how the new MICS buildings, with their transparent facades, will become true showcases for the manufacturing industry. These buildings will make the technology visible that bright minds and skilled hands are working on inside.
