MICS Future Makers: a May Holiday full of technology and innovation in Schiedam
During the May holiday, the Mechatronics Innovation Campus Schiedam (MICS) is organising the MICS Future Makers programme: interactive technology workshops for children aged 6 to 14. During these sessions, they are introduced to robotics, programming and 3D printing in a fun and accessible way.
Learning technology by doing
At MICS Future Makers, hands-on learning is at the heart of the programme. Children actively engage with technology and discover how innovations work in practice.
They will learn, among other things:
– soldering
– programming their own robot
– designing and creating with a 3D printer
Each workshop day offers new projects and challenges, encouraging curiosity and creativity.
