Summer edition of MICS Future Makers fully booked

More than 200 children, six activity days and not a single place left vacant. The summer edition of MICS Future Makers was once again fully booked.

This summer, MakerMinds and iTeachers welcomed children aged 6 to 14 to the Humanoid Application Center at MICS. Through practical and engaging activities, participants were introduced to engineering and technology. From building and designing to programming, experimenting and creating, the children discovered the many possibilities within technology and the careers connected to it.

The organisers look back on energetic days filled with curiosity, creativity and new discoveries. The high level of interest demonstrates that engineering and technology continue to inspire a new generation of Future Makers.

The Dutch children’s news programme Jeugdjournaal also visited MICS Future Makers to produce a feature on humanoid robots, giving young viewers a glimpse into the technology of the future.
